In order for Oak River Company to maintain and build healthy relationships with customers throughout the world, it is a requirement that all Oak River Company purchases are registered either online or through mail in registration cards.  This registration card will be placed on file so that Oak River Company can honor their 2 year manufacturers warranty.  To learn more about the manufacturers warranty click on the Oak River Warranty located on the footer of every page on the Oak River Company website.

Oak River Company is not responsible for repair or replacement of any Oak River Company products if Oak River Company products are not registered in our system with proof of purchase attached to the bag registration.
